Notes
Business desktop (1.1 L, 3-year on-site warranty) with replaceable DDR5-5600 SO-DIMMs, so 32 GB is cheap and gives 24 GB to the iGPU, but the Radeon 840M (4 CU) or 860M (8 CU) and about 90 GB/s make it a slow small-model box. Only 1 GbE.
StorageReview tested the Ryzen AI 7 PRO 350 model (32 GB DDR5-5600, 1 TB) and shows no overall score; its AI text-generation panels (Phi, Mistral, Llama) give Procyon scores, not tokens per second, so no speed runs are listed. Thunderbolt: Geizhals prints 'Thunderbolt 4 / USB4' and StorageReview lists a rear 'USB4 40Gbps with 100W PD' and a test line 'Thunderbolt 4 + HP Video Port Extender'; TB4 entered, unverified on HP's own page. Geizhals lists 'Ryzen AI 7 350' and 'Ryzen AI 5 340' (non-PRO names) for these SKUs, while reviews use the PRO names. The G2a successor (Ryzen AI 7 450, 32 GB/1 TB, EUR 1,889) is over the limit. Memory speed source: Geizhals: 32GB DDR5-5600, 2 x 16 GB SO-DIMM, dual channel = 89.6 GB/s.
