AMD machine: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, 32 GB memory, 24 GB for the GPU, 120 GB/s memory speed.
79.0Score
- #43 of 67 ranked
- #21 of 37 AMD machines
Why this score
The score adds up these parts. Each part has a weight. A part counts as the average of its sources, pulled toward 80 when there are few sources.
AI power
50% weightcounts as 76.9Average of 2 sources: 75.4
Experts
30% weightcounts as 79.7Average of 2 sources: 79.6
Users
20% weightcounts as 83.3Average of 1 source: 86.5
Good: 3 reviews and buyer ratings.
80 is the field average. A part counts as 80 + (average − 80) × N ÷ (N + 1), where N is its number of sources. One source counts half of the gap from 80. No sources count as 80.

Notes
Tiny 0.75 L box with 64 GB of soldered memory and a Radeon 890M; only about 100 GB/s of bandwidth (slower than the older 32 GB model) and a GPU share that is not documented by GMKtec limit it to small and mid-size models. OCuLink and USB4 allow an eGPU, but memory cannot be upgraded.
Memory type and speed conflict between GMKtec pages: the EVO-X1 HX 370 page lists the 64 GB 'X1 Pro HX470' as LPDDR5X-8500 (shown as 8000 MT/s because of a platform limit), while the dedicated X1 Pro page, The Gadgeteer, TechRadar and PC Watch say LPDDR5-6400 (TechRadar calls it LPDDR5X-6400). 6400 MT/s on a 128-bit bus (102.4 GB/s) is used; at 8000 it would be 128 GB/s. Scores and power: TechRadar 4.75/5, the Notebookcheck review and lon.tv's 8.4 W idle all test the original 32 GB HX 370 EVO-X1 (LPDDR5X-7500), not the 64 GB HX 470 unit. Notebookcheck's 72% (rating box, read with a fetch tool) is also for the original 32 GB HX 370 EVO-X1. Volume: this 64 GB model is 107 x 111 x 63 mm; the candidate list's 0.76 L (11.0 x 10.8 x 6.4 cm) is the original EVO-X1. GPU memory is derived from AMD's Variable Graphics Memory rule (up to 75% of RAM on Ryzen AI 300 and later): 75% x 64 GB = 48 GB. The maker page showed the 64 GB model (EVO-X1 Pro, HX 470) as sold out on 9 Oct 2026.
