Why this score

The score adds up these parts. Each part has a weight. A part counts as the average of its sources, pulled toward 80 when there are few sources.

  1. AI power

    50% weightcounts as 78.1

    Average of 2 sources: 77.1

  2. Experts

    30% weightcounts as 80.0

No sources found yet. No data yet. This part counts as 80.

  3. Users

    20% weightcounts as 80.0

No sources found yet. No data yet. This part counts as 80.

No reviews or buyer ratings yet: the score comes from the specs only.

80 is the field average. A part counts as 80 + (average − 80) × N ÷ (N + 1), where N is its number of sources. One source counts half of the gap from 80. No sources count as 80.

48 GBNo AMD Variable Graphics Memory on this chip (AMD introduced it with the Ryzen AI 300 series). Windows' documented limit for system memory used by graphics (Microsoft, 'Calculating Graphics Memory') is MIN(80% of RAM, MAX(RAM - 16 GB, 50% of RAM)) = 48 GB on 64 GB of RAM. No BIOS UMA maximum for this box was found, so the Windows figure is used. Tuned Linux GTT is not used: a GMKtec NucBox K8 Plus (same Radeon 780M) with 64 GB ran a 26B model with amdgpu.gttsize=49152 (48 GB) and ttm.pages_limit=12582912 (blog.pastwind.org).

Notes

Quiet 0.8 L box with user-replaceable DDR5-5600 and a 10 GbE port, so the 64 GB versions are a cheap way to get 48 GB of GPU-usable memory (Ryzen AI 7 H 350 by AMD's 75% rule, Ryzen 7 H 255 by Windows' rule). Dual-channel DDR5-5600 is only about 90 GB/s and the iGPU is small (Radeon 860M with 8 CUs, or 780M), so it is slow for anything above small models.

No review of the Ryzen AI 7 H 350 version was found. The Guru3D review in refs tests the Ryzen 7 H 255 SER9 Max (a different chip without an XDNA NPU) and is not used for scores. Beelink's product page is titled 'Ryzen 7 H 255/H350' and lists both chips; 'Ryzen AI 7 H 350' is Beelink's name for what AMD sells as Ryzen AI 7 350 (Krackan Point), which Geizhals lists with 50 TOPS NPU. The 32 GB H 350 variant is a pre-order (Beelink's global page says orders ship within 35 days). The 64 GB Ryzen 7 H 255 build shares the family fields (10 GbE, USB4, 0.815 L, 0.78 kg), which were not re-verified for that build; Guru3D's spec table lists 32 GB DDR5-5600 SO-DIMMs for the unit it reviewed. At 64 GB Microsoft's formula gives 48 GB for the H 255 build; a flat half of RAM would give 32 GB. Memory speed source: Dual-channel DDR5-5600 = 89.6 GB/s (Beelink page: DDR5 5600 MT/s, 2 x 16 GB / 2 x 32 GB).
