Why this score
The score adds up these parts. Each part has a weight. A part counts as the average of its sources, pulled toward 80 when there are few sources.

Notes
Very cheap Radeon 760M box (8 CU) with DDR5-4800 SO-DIMMs and the slowest memory of the cheap tier (76.8 GB/s): it loads 7B-14B models into a 16 GB share but runs them slowly.
No review, power or noise data found, and the 760M's LLM use is not documented in the pages read, so no software is listed. The shop page gives no case dimensions or weight in the text read. Release month = GMKtec EU listing date (20 Aug 2025). A 48 GB build would give 32 GB under Microsoft's formula (MIN(38.4, MAX(32, 24))), but it is unavailable. Memory speed source: Shop: SO-DIMM x 2, DDR5 4800 MT/s dual channel: 4800 x 16 B = 76.8 GB/s.
