  • #64 of 67 ranked
  • #7 of 8 Intel machines

Why this score

The score adds up these parts. Each part has a weight. A part counts as the average of its sources, pulled toward 80 when there are few sources.

  1. AI power

    50% weightcounts as 74.9

    Average of 2 sources: 72.3

  2. Experts

    30% weightcounts as 76.2

    Average of 1 source: 72.3

  3. Users

    20% weightcounts as 80.0

No sources found yet. No data yet. This part counts as 80.

Thin: only 1 review or buyer rating, so it is pulled toward the average.

80 is the field average. A part counts as 80 + (average − 80) × N ÷ (N + 1), where N is its number of sources. One source counts half of the gap from 80. No sources count as 80.

Notes

A 0.52 L Panther Lake box with socketed DDR5-5600 (32 GB fitted, up to 128 GB), two Thunderbolt 4 and dual 2.5 GbE. Tom's Hardware found it quiet but its iGPU is only 4 Xe cores, and the dual-channel DDR5 gives about 90 GB/s, so expect slow token generation on anything above a 14B model.

Tom's Hardware score (3.5/5) was read through Geizhals.at; the Tom's page itself did not load (only the headline came back), so no Tom's power, noise or LLM numbers. Geizhals lists the iGPU as 'Intel Graphics 4Xe / 32 EU, Xe3-LPG'. Wi-Fi is listed as MediaTek MT7925 (Wi-Fi 7). No LLM stack documented for the 4-Xe Panther Lake iGPU was found, so no software is listed (OpenVINO release notes list Core Ultra Series 3 as supported hardware per a search summary, but no LLM page for this iGPU). Memory speed source: DDR5-5600 x 128-bit (dual channel, 2 x 16 GB) = 89.6 GB/s; Geizhals lists 'DDR5-5600, 2x 16GB SO-DIMM'.
