Why this score
The score adds up these parts. Each part has a weight. A part counts as the average of its sources, pulled toward 80 when there are few sources.

Notes
A 0.83 L Panther Lake box with socketed DDR5-5600 (32 GB fitted, about 90 GB/s), one USB4 and dual 2.5 GbE for about EUR 1,040. Its 4-core Xe3 iGPU is weak, so it suits small models and CPU/NPU work more than 14B+ GPU inference.
The maker page names the GPU only as 'Intel Grafik' (up to 40 TOPS) and the NPU at 50 TOPS; the 4-core Xe3 count is taken from the Geizhals/heise listings of the same Core Ultra 7 356H (Geekom IT13 2026). No independent review found (the sister model M2 Pro-358H has a Notebookcheck review at 88%, but it costs EUR 1,519). Noise 42.52 dB at 50 cm in balance mode is the maker's figure. No LLM stack documented for the 4-Xe Panther Lake iGPU was found, so no software is listed. Memory speed source: DDR5-5600 x 128-bit (dual channel) = 89.6 GB/s; maker: 'Dual DDR5 5600MT/s'.
