Seeed's J401B-carrier version of the Orin NX 16GB box, shipped with JetPack 5.1.3 and 100 TOPS rated (no Super mode on this model). Seeed's wiki lists a 128 GB NVMe SSD and a 130 x 120 x 58.5 mm body (about 0.9 L).
Seeed's own product page and wiki confirm the Orin NX 16GB module (page title and text; the wiki spec table lists the J4012B with the Orin NX 16GB). The Amazon.de listing is internally inconsistent: the title says Orin NX 16GB but the description text describes the J4011B with Orin NX 8GB, and the structured attribute says LPDDR4 (Orin NX 16GB is LPDDR5 per NVIDIA). The wiki spec table also lists a 128 GB NVMe SSD with JetPack 5.1.3 pre-installed and a body of 130 x 120 x 58.5 mm with the J401B carrier board inside; the Amazon.de 'not included' line names the SSD, so the storage in the Amazon offer is unconfirmed. Seeed's own shop lists USD 1,425. Neither page names the case material, so treat 'cased' as likely. A distributor page found in search titles the J4012B 'Super Mode not supported'. No ratings on the Amazon page. JetPack 5.1.3 is old: current llama.cpp CUDA builds may need a newer JetPack. Memory speed source: 102.4 GB/s = 16GB 128-bit LPDDR5, from NVIDIA's Jetson Orin spec table.
