HP ZGX Nano G1n (128 GB)

NVIDIA machine: NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, 128 GB memory, 273 GB/s memory speed, about 4.2 tok/s on a 70B model (estimate).

81.3Score

  • #14 of 41 ranked
  • #4 of 9 NVIDIA machines

Why this score

The score adds up these parts. Each part has a weight. A part counts as the average of its sources, pulled toward 80 when there are few sources.

  1. AI power

    50% weightcounts as 82.4

    Average of 2 sources: 83.6

  2. Experts

    30% weightcounts as 80.2

    Average of 1 source: 80.4

  3. Users

    20% weightcounts as 80.0

No sources found yet. No data yet. This part counts as 80.

Thin: only 1 review or buyer rating, so it is pulled toward the average.

80 is the field average. A part counts as 80 + (average − 80) × N ÷ (N + 1), where N is its number of sources. One source counts half of the gap from 80. No sources count as 80.

Notes

The only GB10 box here with a measured noise figure besides the ASUS: about 40 dB(A) at full load and 30 dB(A) idle, drawing about 160 W while running an LLM. Same memory-bandwidth limits as every GB10: suited to gpt-oss-120b class MoE models, slow for dense 70B models; Linux only.

Notebookcheck says typical LLM inference settles near 160 W and idle is 30-50 W; ServeTheHome puts typical LLM loads at 110-140 W and idle at 37-40 W. Notebookcheck saw street prices of about EUR 3,600-4,000 in Feb 2026 and HP's German list price is EUR 3,929, while Geizhals Austria now shows EUR 6,427 and up. HP's data sheet gives height 5.1 cm without feet and 5.45 cm with. Notebookcheck's review shows no percentage score in the text that could be read, so only HotHardware's score (page review markup) is entered. DGX Spark speed runs were dropped: none was measured on this box.
